Title: Milkweed
Author: Jerry Spinelli

I very much enjoyed the book, "Milkweed." It is a fascinating novel that takes place during the holocaust. You meet many fascinating characters along the way. I have to make a project for it for school. I wanted to dress up as the man character, who is called Gypsy, Jew, Stopthief, and much more. I wanted to tell the class all the main events of the story, but one small thing led to another, and every last detail was important. I give this book five stars, but to understand this book you need to understand the treatment of the Jews during World War Two. I hope you read this book, and enjoy it as much as I did.

Title: Secret Seven
Author: Enid Blyton

The Secret Seven is a mystery book available in a series. Though it has been there for quite a long time, it is ideal for children of grades 4-7. I loved reading the book. I hope you will too.

Title: Divergent
Author: Veronica Roth

I recommend the book Divergent. I call it the new and improved Hunger Games! This book is about a girl named Beatrice Prior and everyone in her city lives in a faction based on their qualities. When she is 16, she has to choose the faction that she will spend the rest of her life in. Her decision is very surprising and her adventure is incredible! I think you should only read it if you're 13 or up.

Title: Diary of a Wimpy Kid
Author: Jeff Kinney

A middle schooler student named Greg is on summer vacation. The weather is perfect and every kid is having fun outside. There is only one kid who's not, Greg Heffley. He's inside his house playing video games. There's one thing. It's dark. He is playing with the shades down. Greg is a self confessed indoor kid living his ultimate summer in a fantasy with no rules and responsibilities. Like always, Greg's mom has different plans. She wants to go to a water park. Once they get there, it starts to rain. It is hard to get out because everyone is trying to get out because of the rain.

In the end, Greg's mom and one of Greg's friends mom schedule a weekend with his friend Rowley to go to the beach. Greg and Rowley both know they set it up. While at the beach, Greg and Rowley do many fun things like ride roller coasters and play at the arcade. Once they go home, Greg's mom gets two tickets to a baseball game for father and son time. Once they get there, Greg and his dad get in trouble so they lose their tickets to cops.

All in all, The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series is a very good series. If you read one book, you will be hooked. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

If I could change anything about the book, it would be the beginning because it is a little boring. My favourite part of the story is when Greg is at the pool and is doing all the work for the girl he likes. When a kid throws up, she looks at Greg in a way that says "Are you going to get that?" I also like that part because eventually he has to clean it up. My favourite character is Rodrick because he's like an ordinary older brother. My least favourite character is Mom because she ruins all the fun in the story.

Title: The Thirteen Secrets
Author: Michelle Harison

This is the third part of the trilogy about Tanya, Fabian, and Red. This is probably the best one. Red is living at Elvsden Manor and she joins a group of people called the Thirteen Secrets, or the Coven. The members have all been affected by the changling trade, and are also a part of a circus. Also, Red is having nightmares about Eldritch, the fey creature that she left at the Hedgewitch's cottage. Now he is back for revenge! There is an epic battle at the end, but you will need to read the Thirteen Treasures (The first book) and the Thirteen Curses (The second book) before this one. They are all written by Michelle Harison.

Title: Inheritance Trilogy
Author: Christopher Paolini

I really loved the adventure here in this book. It gave details to make your head come up with the magical place of Alagasia. It has very high flight adventure and everything you could want in a fantasy book. This book is about a boy, the new dragon rider, and his dragon, Saphira. The first book is Eragon. The second is Eldest. The third is Brizingr. The last is Inheritance.

She also meets Fabian, whose Grandfather was the last person to see the girl. He has been under the suspicion of murder ever since.

When an iceberg hit the side of the ship she sank in the middle of the North Atlantic at 2:30am on a deathly freezing night, killing at least 1,517 people on the ship or in the water. Their were 21 boats which saved people that selfishly survived in while the others had lost their lives. This was all the Captain's fault... and he survived too.
