Q. If you use the same two operations to arrive at the following numbers, which of these numbers is the odd-one-out and why? 17, 32, 37, 65, 82, 101
A. The odd number out is 32. All the other numbers are squares plus one. 4x4+1=17, 6x6+1=37, 8x8+1=65, 9x9+1=82, 10x10+1=101.
