Truffles
Make this sweet treat for your special friends. This recipe makes approximately 40 truffles.
What you need:

6 ounces of cream cheese |
|
2 teaspoons milk |
|
8 ounces icing sugar |
|
8 ounces chocolate drinking powder mix |

Chocolate sprinkles |
What you do:
| 1. | In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and milk. Stir in the icing sugar
and chocolate powder. |
| 2. | With clean hands, roll the mixture into marble size balls and then roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat. |
